This resource, published by the DHS Division of Disability Services, is intended to be a comprehensive resource identifying programs and services for individuals with disabilities, their families, caregivers, and advocates. The publication provides access to up-to-date information that individuals with disabilities, along with their families, can use to help them thrive in their physical, professional and recreational lives. The directory is available online in English, Spanish and in Audio Format so that individuals and agencies can access the services they need.
